CLASSES

STUDENT SESSIONS

Sessions focused on physical fitness and designed to help students develop proper exercise techniques, improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall health. They may include a variety of exercises and workouts.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Individual and group personal training with a fitness program designed for specific goals. It involves working with a personal trainer who provides personalized attention, customized workout plans, and ongoing support to help achieve specific fitness goals.

OPEN GYM TIMES

Our facility offers designated periods when the gym is open for members to use the equipment and facility for individual workouts, without the need for structured classes or personal training.

High-Intensity Interval Training, alternating 

between short periods of high-intensity exercises and brief periods of rest. It is designed to improve cardiovascular health, burn calories, and increase endurance and strength in a shorter time.
